We are committed to provide this service as efficiently as possible, so as to ensure that operations costs do not consume the sum of discount benefits realized. This is achieved through our use of advanced technology; we also encourage our service partners to make use these same service management platforms.

How it's done:

  • We setup your workspace and users with their access rights to the appropriate online procurement portals.
  • We load your suppliers with their catalogs that currently meet your commodity supplies and services needs.
  • With your endorsement, we approach and formally invite your existing suppliers to join ournetwork (some may already be part of the network).
  • Our back-office staff assist your Procurement Administrator to setup your Master Procurement List, Buyer Categories and with other administrative actions where help is needed.
  • Your Buyers and Procurement Controllers start using the platform to make deposits, place purchase orders, confirm deliveries, and control the complete procurement cycle.
  • We analyse your ongoing procurement spend and make recommendations for your consideration on an ongoing basis, including supplier performance assessments, supplier profiles and scorecards, procurement optimization strategies, strategic sourcing recommendations, and more.
